Cerv.I.A. - Aumentare la consapevolezza digitale dei giovani attraverso la creazione di una comunità - Project Cerv.I.A. - Increasing Digital Awareness Among Youth Through Community Building

The Cerv.I.A. project, funded by PR FESR 2021-2027 – Action 1.2.4, targets young people in Cervia and aims to promote responsible use of social networks and Artificial Intelligence, developing skills in accessing and using digital technologies. The project seeks to engage at least 100 young people through the creation of transmedia content and a local digital community, producing a podcast and a dedicated app to facilitate listening.

Another goal is to integrate at least 10 young people into the creative processes of the community web radio, offering them an active role in content production.

Objectives and Expected Outcomes

• Increase Digital Awareness
  The project aims to enhance young people's ability to recognize and understand the value of using social networks and digital technologies.

• Create Transmedia Tools
  Tools will be developed to disseminate content on the responsible use of social networks and new technologies, including a podcast and a mobile app for podcast listening, which will remain available for the youth

• Build a Youth Digital Community
  The goal is to create a local digital community linked to the Cervia territory, centered around the community web radio "Radio Social Coast," engaging at least 100 young people.

• Engage Youth in Creative Processes
  At least 10 young people will be involved in content production for the community web radio, encouraging their active participation in community life.

• Youth Engagement.
  The project will involve at least 100 young people from the Municipality of Cervia, providing them with information on the benefits of responsible use of social networks and digital processes.

• Podcast Creation:
  A podcast will be created, designed and produced by the participating young people, covering topics related to the project. Techniques like storytelling, cooperative learning, lab-based teaching, and circle time will be applied to foster learning and collaboration among young people.

• App Development.
  Development of a mobile app to facilitate podcast listening and content dissemination among the community's youth.

• Training and Educational Activities.
  The project includes at least two training initiatives on responsible social media use and two on the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence, targeted at young participants.

• Creative Involvement in Web Radio.
  At least 10 young people will actively participate in content production for the community web radio "Radio Social Coast," taking part directly in the creative and production processes.

• Transmedia Content Development.
  Participants will work on multimedia content to be distributed through various digital channels, leveraging web platforms to expand the project's reach.

• Continuous Awareness-Raising.
  The digital community created will continue to raise awareness and engage the youth population in the medium term, as part of the project's follow-up activities.
